overall stage size: 38 feet wide x 25 feet, 6 inches deep (using the pit, which can be covered)
Fly system -- nine working flies for backdrops
Stage floor -- raised wooden floor with side areas.
- Dressing rooms:
two large dressing rooms downstairs, plus other rooms available if needed. Two dressing rooms with bathrooms upstairs, above the stage area.
