The affairs of the Preservation of the Grainger Complex, Inc. are managed by its board of directors. Members of the board serve a term of one, two or three years.
Current Officers for 2007 are Barbara Smith, president; Mary Ellison Turner, vice president; Asonia Jones, secretary and Harrison Smith, treasurer.
